People have also used their smartphone to look up competitor prices and read customer reviews.

Businesses can take advantage of this opportunity by creating mobile social ads, launching mobile campaigns, and sending mobile coupons to customers. Businesses can also create mobile apps and websites to keep their customers engaged.
Sixty-seven percent of companies who have already taken advantage of mobile say they believe it is valuable for their customers to have their smartphones in their stores. As you can tell, mobile is becoming extremely beneficial, increasing customer engagement.
